Geoff Babbitt

Geoff entered the self-storage and industrial market in 2012 with the initial acquisition of seven facilities in the Southwestern US. In partnership with Argus Professional Management, Geoff was able to create a fully integrated ownership and management platform under the holding company GB Capital. GB Capital grew the self-storage portfolio to twenty-five properties located in CO, NM, TX, AZ and AR. The storage properties operated under the flag of “U-Store-It”. In late 2017, GB Capital sold a majority of its storage holdings as a portfolio, earning significant returns for the Company and its partners. GB Capital will continue to acquire and operate self-storage and industrial properties into the future under this platform. Geoff received a BA in Accountancy from the University of San Diego and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver.

Brian Frenkel

Since 2009, Brian has served as Vice President of AMN Investments, LTD, a family office established in 1982. Brian is responsible for establishing relationships with major financial institutions and directs the firm’s investments in syndicated equity and debt offerings. Brian brings extensive capital markets experience to the Sponsorship team. In addition to his work at the family office, Brian is a co-founder of a quantitative hedge fund which uses a systematic trading strategy based on his research. Brian is the inventor of record for several issued patents related to the licensed gaming industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado.
